Hello Fellow Rotarians and Friends!

Thanks to all of you for your support of our Club and Rotary.  While Shari and I were in Florida, we took a side trip to St. Augustine.  While we were touring that historic city, I came across two plaques place the the Rotary Club of St. Augustine commemorating the city’s 450th anniversary in 2015.  I have to admit, that was pretty cool to be in a city that old here in the States!

This week I take a moment to share the history of the Rotary Bell that begins and ends each meeting.  I was recently asked by a new member why a bell is used.  Since I didn’t know, I looked it up and thought I’d share it with my listeners.

Thanks for all of the wonderful words of encouragement and support for Rotary Roundabout.  I very much appreciate them!
